Jakarta Governor, Pramono Anung said that of the 11 flats being prepared, the construction of the Marunda Cluster C and Rorotan IX Flats is a priority that will be built in the near future.

The Marunda Cluster C apartment complex is planned to have five towers, one of which will be built using the regional budget. Meanwhile, of the seven towers in the Rorotan IX apartment complex, two will be built using the regional budget.

"There will be nine more flats built jointly by the central government and the Jakarta Government in Jakarta," he added.
Pram hopes that the provision of vertical housing will be a solution for people to have a decent place to live in Jakarta, amidst limited land and high house prices.
"I hope that the construction of these flats can answer the concerns, especially for young married couples who want to have a house in Jakarta," he hoped.
As for information, the Jakarta Provincial Government plans to build 11 new flats in a number of locations, namely in Muara Angke, Marunda C, Komarudin, Rorotan IX, Cakung Km 2, Tongkol Phase III, Marunda A, Marunda B, Semper Cakung Drain, Bojong Indah, and Daan Mogot Km 18.
